Job Description

We're partnering with a well-established, print and packaging manufacturer to hire a Print Customer Service Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on PRINT industry experience who understands specs, workflows, production timelines, and customer expectations in a custom manufacturing environment. This is a direct hire opportunity that is fully onsite in St. Paul!


What You'll Do

  • Act as the key internal liaison between customers, sales, and operations teams
  • Handle customer communication by phone and email, including order updates, spec clarification, and issue resolution
  • Process and maintain customer orders within the internal order management system
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain job specifications and order documentation for internal use
  • Work cross-functionally with production, sales, and quality teams to support accurate, timely order fulfillment
  • Engage in daily production discussions to stay aligned on priorities, timelines, and workflow
  • Adhere to established ISO and cGMP standards, procedures, and quality guidelines

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of B2B Customer Service or Account Management experience in the PRINT INDUSTRY
  • You speak fluent print - from specs and production steps to custom manufacturing workflows
  • You notice the small details others miss - even when juggling multiple priorities
  • Naturally organized with a strong sense of urgency (deadlines don't sneak up on you)
  • Comfortable navigating Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry systems without breaking a sweat
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment where collaboration matters
